Privacy Policy
Privacy first. Nothing extra.
Last updated: May 2026
Simple promise: Mask DM is privacy focused. We do not store your private information, we do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not keep conversation history.
Conversations vanish
Browser conversations are temporary by design. Web chats expire and are deleted after 24 hours, including the messages and media tied to that chat.
What we do not store
- We do not store private conversation content permanently.
- We do not build message histories or archives.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.
- We do not use advertising pixels or behavioral tracking.
What is needed to make the site work
To route messages, Mask DM may keep only minimal operational details such as your inbox link, display name, profile message, QR code target, temporary session token, and abuse-prevention metadata. This is used to run the inbox and is not used for advertising.
Your control
You can edit your public profile details from the website profile page. For deletion or privacy questions, use the feedback form.
Bottom line: Mask DM is a bridge, not a vault. We keep the product focused on private delivery, minimal data, and conversations that disappear after 24 hours.
