Mask is a privacy-centric intermediary tool for bridging internet users and inbox owners. By using it, you agree to use it for lawful, respectful communication.

Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mask. Do not use the service to contact, exploit, groom, or sexualize a minor.

Using the service

You may create inbox links, receive messages, and reply through the bot or temporary web chats.
You are responsible for the messages, names, profile text, images, and links you choose to send or display.
You may not use Mask for harassment, spam, impersonation, fraud, malware delivery, or illegal activity.
You may not create, request, upload, share, promote, store, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation.

Privacy-centric design

Mask is designed for private communication without exposing private account details. We may still limit, block, or remove activity that threatens safety, reliability, or lawful operation.

Web profiles

If you customize a public inbox profile page, you decide what profile information is shown. Public profile content must not mislead, impersonate others, or violate rights.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable. Temporary web chats and inbox links may expire, be rate-limited, or be disabled to protect users.

Feedback and requests

Use the in-app report and block actions for chat abuse, the safety page for safety information, and the account deletion page for deletion requests.
